2023/24 Road Program

The road program includes the water main replacement and resurfacing of Roslyn from Mack to Marter. 

The City of Grosse Pointe Woods has contracted with Pamar Enterprises, Inc. to complete this program. A start date has yet to be determined.

Miscellaneous Concrete Pavement and Parking Repair Program

The City of Grosse Pointe Woods has contracted with Mattioli Cement Company, LLC to complete the 2024/2025 Concrete Pavement and Parking Repair Program throughout the City.

Sewer Rehabilitation Program

Sewer lining throughout the city were discovered from the Saw Grant televising work. The repairs will be on the most critical and high-priority sewers.

The City of Grosse Pointe Woods has contracted with Insituform Technologies USA, Inc. for the 2024 Sewer Rehabilitation by Full Length Cured-In Place Pipe Lining.
