Yard Waste & Fall Clean Up
There is limited curbside pick-up of yard waste from December 18, 2023 through March 14, 2024. Curbside pick-up of bagged leaves and other yard waste will continue through December 12, 2024. December 16, 2024 through March 13, 2025 residents may bring bags to Public Works for disposal. Residents must stop in the office to show proof of residence. See the Rubbish Guidelines and Rubbish Pickup Schedule for more information.
From October 7 through the week of November 28, 2024 (weather permitting), leaves only may be raked into the gutter for vacuuming on your collection day. Leaves are collected as shown on the Leaf Pickup Map. Do not mix other garden waste, twigs, or grass clippings with leaves because it can damage the equipment. Mixed piles will not be picked up. Leaves cannot be vacuumed beneath parked cars so avoid parking on the street on your leaf collection day.
Yellow “compost” stickers are available at City Hall and DPW.
Wood must meet the same size requirements as brush and branches, and must have any nails bent over or removed to prevent injury.

Containers and contents must not exceed 50 pounds.
