Pavilion & Gazebo Reservation Request

The Lake Front Park has a variety of gazebo and pavilions available for residents to rent for picnics or other gatherings.

Gazebo reservation fee: $50
Pavilion reservation fee: $75

General Information:

Facility rentals requests are now accepted online.
Facility reservation requests must be submitted by a Grosse Pointe Woods residents and that resident must be present during the entire duration of the rental.
Facility reservation requests will not be available on city-observed holidays (Memorial Day, July 4, City Picnic 8/2, and Labor Day).
Rental requests will be reviewed within one week of submission.
If approved, a staff member will contact you regarding the payment and the listing of non-residents. Payments are due two weeks after the approval, otherwise the date will not be held.
Each rental allows 25 non-residents entrance to the park.
Permit applications must be submitted at least five days prior to the date of the event.
Due to limitations on the number of non-residents permitted per day, the event should be confirmed before invitations are sent.
