Harbor and Marina Information
Marina
With direct access to Lake St. Clair, the marina has dockage space for 224 power and sailboats up to 28’ in length. Also available are 11 dry dock spaces for boats on trailers, a rack for 96 kayaks or canoes and 22 floating docks for personal watercraft.
A boat launch is available for boats up to 28 feet in length. The launch is available at no cost to residents with a marina permit. For residents without boat dockage, daily passes are sold at the Front Gate for $15. Season boat launch passes are available at the Community Center for $80.
For ease of entry into the water a kayak launch is available for use. The kayak launch is ADA approved and is located adjacent to the boat launch.
Fishing and/or ice fishing is not permitted in the marina.
Reservation and Fee Schedule
- First week of November - Deposit invoice (1/3 fee) and contracts are sent via email to current marina renters to secure the same spot for the next season
- December 1 - Deposits are due to secure the same spot for the next season
- First week of March - Remaining balance invoices (2/3 fee) are sent via email
- April 3, 2024 - Remaining balance due
- May 1, 2024 - Marina opens for the season
- October 31, 2024 - Marina closes for the season
