Notice is hereby given that the County of Wayne has completed a draft of the 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Programs. Prior to submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), a draft of the 2023 CAPER is available for public review and comment for a 15-day period from September 11, 2024, through September 25, 2024. The report can be accessed via Wayne County’s website at https://www.waynecounty.com/departments/econdev/cdbg.aspx or in person at the Wayne County Community Development Program offices located at the Guardian Building, 500 Griswold St., 28th Floor, Detroit, MI 48226, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
