Important Dates

2024 Summer Tax

July 1, 2024 through September 3, 2024

  • Due and payable without penalty or interest

September 4, 2024 through February 28, 2024

  • Payable at City Hall with 4 percent penalty through September 30, 2024 with an additional 0.5 percent interest for each and every succeeding month until February 28, 2024.

2024 Winter Tax 

December 1, 2024 through February 14, 2025

  • Due and payable without penalty or interest

February 15, 2025 through February 28, 2025

  • Payable at City Hall with 3 percent penalty

After February 28, 2025

  • Payable only at Wayne County Treasurer’s office

All payments must be received before the end of the business day, 5 p.m. on the due date.
