By appointment of City Council - 3 year staggered term; 9 members By Laws; Meets second Tuesday each month except August at City Hall at 7:00 p.m.
To apply to serve as a Member on a Board, Commission, or Committee, fill out the Biographical Sketch Application and return to the City Clerk's office. The form will be kept on file for consideration when a vacancy occurs.
