Community Center
In 1986, the citizens of Grosse Pointe Woods passed a Recreation Bond Proposal that included funds for a Community Center. In 1989, construction started and in January 1991, the Community Center was opened. The Center is located at 20025 Mack Plaza, adjoining City Hall. The Community Center is available for the cultural, educational, recreational and social activities of the residents of Grosse Pointe Woods. Programs and services are for all residents, regardless of varying mental and physical abilities. Please call for assistance in accessing recreational services.
