Cook School House

Join the City of Grosse Pointe Woods Historical Commission at the Historic Cook Schoolhouse.

Travel back in time, when the Cook Schoolhouse was built in 1890 and a single teacher taught students from Grosse Pointe and Gratiot Township in grades 1st-8th.

Docents will be on hand to showcase artifacts from the 19th and 20th centuries and talk about the famous residents of our community.
